Whether you are an experienced student or completely new to yoga, our yoga workshops in St. Helens, Merseyside offer inspiration, insight, and focus . The perfect way to deepen and expand your practice.

Workshops are a great way to break down certain postures or themes.  A standard yoga class follows a typical (somewhat rigid) structure whereas a workshop gives you the opportunity to go DEEP into a specific topic such as arm balances, backbends, etc.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

The build-up to Christmas and the festive period can be very busy and stressful. Why not take time out to relax and rest on the earth? A time to turn inwards and allow ourselves to feel supported. Join me for an afternoon exploring Yin/Restorative yoga. During the workshop we shall also have an opportunity to explore the deeply profound and relaxing practice of yoga nidra/sound bath together. Leave feeling refreshed and restored and ready to face the Christmas shopping again. All levels welcome to this workshop. Spaces limited.
