Have you ever wanted to give try Yoga but unsure if you’re ready to attend a general class?

This class will give you the chance to experience Yoga and the opportunity to allow you to connect the Self.

I will be introducing you to some gentle breathing exercises to help calm the body and mind, moving on to guide you through some of the foundational poses of yoga.

Finished with a guided meditation and some stillness to take home with you along with the techniques taught in this relaxed and friendly class
