This training provides attendees with the tools on how to manage stress and anxiety. We explore the difference between stress and anxiety and tips on what to do to manage it. Suitable for any member that is worried or anxious due to current affairs or transitioning to the impact of Covid 19, and the many impacts it has had on our lives. This is not the typical massage in the sense of muscle manipulation, but is a conscious, systematic stimulation of those points that the practitioner deems necessary.
