Exploring the important elements that encourage employers and employees to improve their overall health and the well-being of the company. 

Employee health is the promotion of combined elements to teach and provide support to employers and employees on how to improve the overall health and wellbeing of the company and for themselves. Home of Alchemy’s corporate wellbeing services explores the many factors that contribute to the decrease in well-being within a company and provides the tools and resources to overcome these factors improving the well-being of both the employer and employee.

Providing 1-2-1 sessions for individual employees, this service is ideal for those experiencing individual challenges such as stress, anxiety, acute or chronic back pain. It can be incorporated into a wellbeing package where each staff member has one 121 credit to use as they please. Selecting a service that suits their needs at that moment in time.

1-2-1 YOGA

Providing 1-2-1 sessions for individual employees, this service is ideal for those experiencing individual challenges such as stress, anxiety, acute or chronic back pain. It can be incorporated into a wellbeing package where each staff member has one 121 credit to use as they please. Selecting a service that suits their needs at that moment in time.
Chair Yoga is a customised yoga solution for staff who are too busy or tight on space to participate in a traditional Corporate Yoga class with mats. This program is extremely effective at helping employees to recharge their batteries for the remainder of the day, or deeply release stress at the end of the day, leading to a more productive workplace and healthier, happier people. One of HoA's certified yoga teachers will lead your team through a series of both standing and seated yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation techniques, right at their desks, chairs or boardroom table. Chair Yoga is perfect for absolute beginners, experienced yogis and everyone in between.

This is not the typical massage in the sense of muscle manipulation, but is a conscious, systematic stimulation of those points that the practitioner deems necessary.
