I’ve seen simple pranayama and asana practices reduce stress and anxiety; promote restful sleep; ease pain; increase attention and focus; and, on a more subtle level, help people connect to a calm, quiet place within so that they experience greater clarity and well-being on every level.

Marma is a gentle stimulation of specific energy points through facial or whole body massage with natural essential oils. Marma therapy also includes positive mantras and meditation to eliminate any energy blockages. This is not the typical massage in the sense of muscle manipulation, but is a conscious, systematic stimulation of those points that the practitioner deems necessary.
