Marma is a gentle stimulation of specific energy points through facial or whole body massage with natural essential oils. Marma therapy also includes positive mantras and meditation to eliminate any energy blockages in the body. This is not the typical massage in the sense of muscle manipulation, but is a conscious, systematic stimulation of those points that the practitioner deems necessary.

Having a baby is one of the most profound physical and emotional experiences of your life. This incredible time can also be a wonderful opportunity for growth. Prenatal and postnatal yoga can offer a supportive way for you to connect with your body and baby by providing a gentle and effective workout. Whether practicing for ten minutes or an hour, there is a class for all!

PREGNANCY YOGA

Having a baby is one of the most profound physical and emotional experiences of your life. This incredible time can also be a wonderful opportunity for growth. Prenatal and postnatal yoga can offer a supportive way for you to connect with your body and baby by providing a gentle and effective workout. Whether practicing for ten minutes or an hour, there is a class for all!
In this 90 minute session based in St Helens, qualified yoga therapist Lea will guide you through a practice that will strengthen and realign the body & relax and calm the mind, using postures and easy-to-follow breath-work. Ending the practice with a restorative flow to soothe the nervous system so you can slip into a wonderful guided meditation. All levels are welcome to the practice, from complete beginners to the more established yogis.

SIMPLY YOGA

In this 90 minute session based in St Helens, qualified yoga therapist Lea will guide you through a practice that will strengthen and realign the body & relax and calm the mind, using postures and easy-to-follow breath-work. Ending the practice with a restorative flow to soothe the nervous system so you can slip into a wonderful guided meditation. All levels are welcome to the practice, from complete beginners to the more established yogis.
Rise & Shine Sadhana is an early morning ONLINE 40-minute practice. Short but sweet, the session will set you up for a fulfilling day ahead. you don't even have to leave your bed! Sadhana is a daily practice, setting aside some space each day to practice techniques such as Meditation, Asana, Pranayama, and Mantra Japa. Fill your cup before filling the coffee cup!

MORNING YOGA

Rise & Shine Sadhana is an early morning ONLINE 40-minute practice. Short but sweet, the session will set you up for a fulfilling day ahead. you don’t even have to leave your bed! Sadhana is a daily practice, setting aside some space each day to practice techniques such as Meditation, Asana, Pranayama, and Mantra Japa. Fill your cup before filling the coffee cup!
